Also, the whole package comes with a recipe book. However, one stand back point for this product is that most of the parts especially the stir does not last. If you are trying to use this ice-cream maker to crush ice, be prepared to come across spoiled motor after that. Not only the parts are poorly build, the body of the product is also some sort of poorly build. If you are thinking of getting this, be sure that you have newspaper or plastic tub underneath it in case of leakage through the wooden bucket.

This ice-cream maker does not require to pre-freeze the bowl. Compare with the italian gelato machine, it not only requires to pre-freeze the bowl and also to use a little bit of alcohol to assist in the pre-freeze process, this ice-cream maker eliminates both of the requirements. One drawback from this product, it makes so much noise which I doubt will be a huge problem to whoever buys this because at the end of the day, it simply gives remarkable results.

When I first tried this gelato junior, the first thing that came in my mind was I really got what I paid for and that size does not matter. Not only the price is attractive, it makes 4 batch of ice-cream in 35 – 40 minutes. The result is just as the same as Ben and Jerry. So, why spill over expensive ice-cream makers when you can get result as equal as the one sold in hypermarkets? There is one drawback from this product is that the timer does not shut off by itself. So, if you are thinking to buy this, make sure that you are very alert of your timing.
Dessert Maker:
When I first saw this dessert maker, I thought what could this bulky looking ice-cream maker do? And then when I tried it, I was rather impressed by it. Despite of its bulky feature, it can rake up a delicious looking ice-cream in 20 minutes compare to the other ice-cream maker and then it can make up to 6 quarts per hour. Imagine that! If you are the type of person who hates cleaning up, you may want to reconsider because cleaning this ice-cream maker is a pain because the bowl is non-removable.
