Put it in the freezer and give it a good stir every hour or so until it reaches the consistency you want.
The only thing I can think of is strained yogurt? Pour the yogurt into a coffee filter place suspend in a bowl or cup and put in refridgerator for a few hours. The consistancy that is left after the liquid leaves is spreadable like cream cheese.
